Help Needed to set up Youth Latihans!

Since positive testing at Innsbruck that ordinary Subud youth could benefit from a separate Youth World Latihan, it has been a struggle to gain interest. We need people to help co-ordinate our efforts and spread the word! At World Congress in Innsbruck, 2005, my friends and I participated in testing about how Subud Youth can really find our own identities and grow. Afterwards, we decided to hold a Youth Latihan towards the end of Congress.
About 70 young people showed up, and it was probably the most powerful Latihan experience I've been to for a long time - all that youthful energy flowing in the air!! Since then, we feel it would be extremely beneficial to hold a World Youth Latihan, in exactly the same format as World Latihans - in our own homes, at a fixed time each month - I propose the 29th of the month, at varying times to give the youth in every time zone a chance to participate at a reasonable hour. It will take a while to get going, but we really need the help of a range of people - writers, artists, editors for regional and national Subud publications, and group chairmen/women and helpers all over the world to spread the world and advertise. I also need someone to help sort out the difficulties with time zones and publish coherent times so that everyone can participate at once. It will take a degree of organisation which may be difficult, but in the long run I know it will be really beneficial to the youth of Subud. After all, we are the future!
